FIELD: weather investigations; creation of artificial formations by flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: artificial formation is created in atmosphere by ejecting magnetic liquid into atmosphere. Upon its ejection and conduction of investigations, magnetic liquid is returned to sprayer. In the process, magnetic field is built up in liquid catching zone.
