The panel (1) comprises a rectangular or square frame (2) having two opposite sides (3,4) each equipped with lugs and cylindrical housings (9,10) for their articulated connection to the corresponding side (4,3) of the frame of an identical panel about an axis (11,12). Each hinged side has a corner flap (13,14) which engages a homologous corner flap (14,13) of the corresponding side of another panel. This then ensures closing of the articulation zone between the two panels whatever the angular position of these two panels. The flap has an edge fixed to the frame and a free edge (15,16) with a cylindrical surface having its axis merging with the articulation axis. This enables it to engage with a corresponding cylindrical surface of the corresponding flap of the other panel.
