The module comprises a housing in two parts (1a,b) enclosing a head (3) linked to a guide rod (4) of a spring (5), whose free end linked to a perforated tongue (6) on which is attached the facial arc. The bar and the tongue are made from a single moulded piece and the free end of the bar has a boss (8) with a diameter is less than the interior of the spring and on which the head is assembled in its two parts (3a,b).
