PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inorganic porous material having a mesoporous channel having a narrow size distribution, namely mesoporous channel, a large void volume and proper hot water stability. SOLUTION: This composition contains an inorganic porous material having a wall part to form a mesopore size channel. The average diameter of the channel is about 15 Angstrom to about 100 Angstrom and its diameter distribution is equal to or smaller than about 30 Angstrom. The material has at least about 0.11cc/g void volume by the meso pore size channel. Preferably, the material has at least 0.2cc/g void volume by the mesopore size channel.
