PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject adhesive resistant to blocking, high in adhesivity, and capable of giving forms low in dry spray when printed on and nonsticky when peeled off, comprising a latex-based adhesive, fine powder and a highly hygroscopic water-soluble polymer. SOLUTION: This re-releasing type pressure-sensitive adhesive capable of giving tack-free forms, comprises (A) a latex-based adhesive [e.g. (modified) natural rubber-based latex, polyisoprene latex], (B) fine powder 1-30μm in average particle size (pref. silica fine powder or starch), and (C) a water-soluble polymer >=10wt.% in moisture absorption after 24h at 30 deg.C and RH 65% such as hydroxyethyl, cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt or sodium alginate.
