PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system for reforming material such as natural gas, naphtha, and methanol in a reformer, and generating power in a solid polymer type fuel cell using reformed gas in which system constitution is so simple that it can be operated without providing a humidifier. SOLUTION: Hydrogen-rich reformed gas is generated by steam-reformation of raw material in a reformer 2. Power is generated using reformed gas generated in the reformer 2 in a solid polymer type fuel cell 6. At the time of power generation, a first control part 8 regulates opening quantity of a first regulating valve 3 to supply excessive quantity of steam to the reformer 2, so reformed gas supplied to the fuel cell 6 includes steam of such quantity as to saturate at a cell operation temperature, thereby humidity of solid polymer film can be maintained without providing a humidifier. |
