<p>The invention concerns a semi-finished surface-cladding component comprising a pane of glass and a bonding mortar layer on one side of the latter, the bonding mortar layer consisting of a fine-particle neutral aggregate and cement and being gauged with an aqueous dispersion of a polyacrylic acid derivative. The polyacrylic acid derivative has a logarithmic decrement, determined according to DIN 53445, which is at a maximum at Celsius temperatures of less than 0 degree C. The bonding mortar is set on the pane of glass with a lack of hydration water. The bond with the surface to be clad can be produced as the result of contact between the bonding mortar layer of the semi-finished component and the gauged and set concrete, or by using a so-called tile adhesive.</p> |
