<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To warrant communication considered important by the network user to the utmost even when a resource to establish the bypass communication route in a network is deficient. SOLUTION: Bypass priority in combination of a bypass attribute and a state of route by its importance is placed on all communication routes 51-54 established for the communication among terminal container sections 31-38. For example, when the communication route 52 between the terminal container sections 32 and 38 is interrupted by a line interruption between nodes 14 and 15, the communication route 51 having lower bypass priority than that having already been established is stopped, and the communication route 52 is established again for a bypass route via the other node 12 to warrant communication between the terminal container sections 32 and 38.</p> |
