PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a coffee brewing time by laying an accumulator connected to an air passage formed between an air compressor and an open/close valve. SOLUTION: An air nozzle 7 extends into a brewer body 1 from an air compressor 6 provided at the outside thereof through the first open/close valve 5. The second open/close valve 8 is laid on the intermediate part of the air nozzle 7, and an accumulator 9 is connected to the air nozzle 7 between the air compressor 6 and the second open/close valve 8. The pressurized air is blown into the brewer body 1 to agitate coffee powder and hot water, thereby mixing the coffee powder and the hot water in a fluid state for brewing coffee liquid. Also, the pressurized air is preliminarily stored in the accumulator 9 on the operation of the compressor 6, and at the time of brewing coffee, the second open/close valve 8 is opened to feed the pressurized air from the accumulator 9 to the brewer body 1. Thus, air pressure within the brewer body 1 immediately rises to the preset level, and a coffee brewing time is shortened. |
