PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center equipment using a community viewing network and an adaptor (electronic timer) in place of a conventional television adaptor (timer) using a magnetic card as a medium in the rental view system for television programs by the community view network. SOLUTION: An adaptor (electronic timer) to which an antenna signal (A) and a television power supply (V) from a television receiver are connected is provided with a data communication function while using a television community network having a television antenna, a mixer and a distributer or the like, an adaptor number and a desired view time are entered numerically to a means (CPU) of a center equipment and data are sent to the adaptor to allow only a designated adaptor to be effective power supply of the television receiver for a designated period. |
