The structure has an external panel (1) that mounts a door frame (A) to a motor vehicle body. An internal panel (2), separately provided from the external panel, mounts an electrical equipment (8) and a wire harness (6). Two movable rails (3,3') are laterally provided to the external panel. The internal panel is movably suspended by inserting internal panel support frames (9,9') into the movable rails. The external and internal panels are coupled as a unit by moving the internal panel to the predetermined position of the external panel.
