<p>Clear fabric softener microemulsion compositions have been developed for use in the rinse cycle comprising a combination of diester quaternary ammonium surfactants, diamido ammonium surfactants and selected organic solvents. Fatty co-softeners and oil perfumes may be included as optional ingredients. These microemulsions are converted to macroemulsions upon dilution with water in the rinse cycle to provide a fabric softening treatment.</p> |
