PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin compsn. for blow molding excellent in blew moldability and gloss by compounding a specific rubber-contg. graft copolymer, a specific vinyl cyanide copolymer, and a specific methyl methacrylate copolymer in such a manner that specified properties are imparted to the compsn. SOLUTION: This compsn. has a reduced viscosity of acetone-extractables of 0.3-0.8dl/g and comprises 10-50 pts.wt. rubber-contg. graft copolymer formed by polymerizing 80-20 pts.wt. mixture comprising 5-50wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer (A), 10-90wt.% arom. vinyl monomer (B), and 0-80wt.% alkyl unsatd. carboxylate in the presence of 20-80 pts.wt. rubbery polymer having a wt.- average particle size of 0.1-0.5μm, 10-80 pts.wt. vinyl cyanide copolymer formed from 15-55wt.% monomer A and 85-45wt.% monomer B and having a reduced viscosity of 0.2-0.8dl/g and 0.1-10 pts.wt. methyl methacrylate copolymer having a methyl methacrylate unit content of 30wt.% or higher and a wt.-average mol.wt. of 300,000 or higher.
