PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a fire resisting panel usable as the interior wall material, the exterior wall material, the roof material, the ceiling material, the partition material, the fire door or the like of a building and a structure, ensuring freedom from deformation such as blister and warpage after manufacture, and keeping an excellent fire resisting function, a high waterproofing function, airtightness, workability and high mechanical strength. SOLUTION: This fire resisting panel mounting structure has a core material 24 of foamed plastic between a surface material 1 and a rear material 26, as well as a fire resisting panels A with a coupling projection and a coupling recess formed on the right and left ends secured to an overall wall with a fastenerβ. In addition, a fire resisting joint material B is laid between the joints of the secured panels A. Also, a mounting appliance D is secured to the fixing part between the panels A as well as to the upper surface of the fixing part with a fastenerβ. Then, the engagement part 38 of a joint cover E is coupled to and integrated with the engagement part 34 of the mounting appliance D.
