PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop the running of a motor when a large change is generated in the count value of an up/down counter at the time of starting the running of the motor. SOLUTION: Inspecting positional data find out based on multi-rotation data obtained immediately before switching motor running to motor stop are previously stored in an inspecting positional data storing area 11a, and when motor stop is switched to motor running, current positional data are found out based on multi-rotation data obtained from the up/down counter 8 and whether motor running is to be continued or not is judged based on a data difference between the current positional data and the inspecting positional data. |
