PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device with a toner supply device which restrains toner mist from scattering around a developing roller during toner development, thereby efficiently preventing the inside of the device from being soiled, and, therefore, ensures the formation of an image of satisfactory image quality over a long period. SOLUTION: A blade fixed-member 36 which acts as a mist restraint member is disposed near the developing roller 19 and a photoreceptor drum 12. The blade fixed-member 36 is in the L form, consisting of a vertical fixed part 36A and a horizontal part 36B extending out from the fixed part 36A horizontally, and also, the width W of the horizontal part 36B is set to 9mm or more and a gap X made between the front end of the horizontal part 36B and the surface of the photoreceptor drum 12 is set to 5mm or less. Thus, because scatter of toner mist is efficiently prevented when toner is developed via the developing roller 19, the inside of the toner supply device is securely prevented from being soiled with the toner mist, and the formation of an image having satisfactory image quality is ensured over a long period. |
