In the holding state, on the other hand, the switches a3 and b6 are connected to a side B and the still picture of the object 1 stored in the image memory 7 is synthesized with the moving character or symbol, which shows the holding state, outputted from a signal generating part 8 by a signal synthesizing part 9, and outputted through the image coding part 4 to the communication line 5.
