<p>A feeding device is disclosed of the type in which a feeding tube (2) is designed for an elastically yielding swing. The swinging capability is established by producing a feeding tube (2) that is supported on either side by support elements (3, 4). Both the feeding tube and the support elements are produced from extruded hollow plastic profiles. The feeding device is supported on an animal house floor (12) by a partition wall (13) in a position above a trough (7). The feeding device is very simple to construct and may be produced as an integral part of a partition wall (13) between different animal house sections. When the animals actuate the outlet end (6) of the feeding tube (2) in a transverse direction, food will flow out and be placed on the feeding plate (8) arranged at a distance below.</p> |
