PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film with an excellent easy adhesiveness and destaticizing property, and an improved appearance of a coated film. SOLUTION: In this film, on at least one surface of a polyester film, an easily adhesive coating film with a thickness of 0.02-2μm is applied which is formed by applying and drying coating liquid containing a composition consisting of a 30-90wt.% binder resin (A) consisting of polyester copolymer and/or acrylic copolymer, 5-50wt.% compound (B) having sulphonic metal salt group in its molecule, and a 0.001-10wt.% fluoro-surfactant (C). agent (C).
