<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manufacture a sheet or a film with uniform thickness in a short time by providing a displacement meter which measures the movement of an inner bolt of differential bolts connected to a lip block. SOLUTION: Plural differential bolts are fitted, in the die width direction, to the lip block 2 of a die main body 1, and the inner bolt 3 of the differential bolts is fastened to the lip block 2 securely without looseness. In addition, the inner bolt 3 is pushed and pulled by rotating a motor 9 through a gear 10 and a driving shaft. Consequently, the lip block 2 is also moved. Thus it is possible to accurately measure the movement of the inner bolt 3, that is, the movement of the lip block 2 using the displacement meter 7 by pressing a shaft 5 running through a control unit 11 against the inner bolt 3 with the help of a spring 6.</p> |
