The frame (1) has a movable upper sprayer (5) which pivots vertically with respect to the frame via an integral actuator (14). The frame can have a middle section (2) and two side sections (21). The sprayer is also formed in two separate parts, each having a middle feed aperture (9), a feed pipe (51) connected to multiple spray tubes (7) which terminate in spray outlets (8). Each part of the sprayer is suspended from the side section of the frame via two pivot axes. The feed pipe can be rigid.
