PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast-coated paper and manufacture thereof which has improved ink-jet recording property and gloss and can provide a good full-color recording and in which high surface smoothness and high gloss, which are essentially provided in a cast-coated paper, can be maintained, and improved ink jet recording (printing) is provided. SOLUTION: In this recording sheet, a layer containing a (meth)acrylic resin having an alkylamino group is formed on a supporting body on which an undercoat layer containing a pigment and an adhesive is provided. In this case, the alkylamino group is a 1-4C lower alkylamino group. And the layer containing the (meth)acrylic resin having an alkylamino group is a layer prepared by a method wherein a coated layer for cast is formed by being coated with a coating liquid and pressed against a heated mirror drum and finished by drying, and the (meth)acrylic resin having an alkylamino group has glass transition point not less than 40 deg.C. |
