PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve functions by incorporating a drive motor into a triangular prism-shaped floor structure body having on its periphery face parts for various purposes and rotating the body about the axis of rotation in the longitudinal direction thereof. SOLUTION: A triangular prism-shaped floor structure body 10 is supported by a supporting body 7 provided in a lifting guide body 3 through a lifting mechanism 30 and a jack device 5 using a rotation axis member 9. A carpet face part 12, floor face part 13, and seat face part 14 are provided on the periphery of the body 10. A drive motor 21 is mounted to the inner wall of the body 10 to allow the body 10 to rotate about the member 9 through a drive gear 22 and a driven gear 23. And when the face part 12, for example, is used, cylinder devices 24, 25 are retracted and a supporting plate 16 and foot mount plate 17 are opened and the motor 21 is actuated to put the part 12 into a horizontal position, and a seat 15 is moved inwardly. Further, the level of floor surfaces is adjusted by means of the mechanism 30 and jack 5 or the floor surfaces are arranged in tiers. As a result, since the drive motor is not provided outside the body, usability can be improved corresponding to purposes and space can be saved.
