PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide assembly constitution having excellent productivity, in an annular feed pipe to transfer the microwave of a filter regeneration device for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: An annular feed pipe 20 comprises a cylindrical feed outer cylinder 21; a feed lower plate 22 disposed at the intermediate part of the inner periphery of the feed outer cylinder 21; a feed inner cylinder 23 erected in a concentric circular state to the feed outer cylinder 21; and a feed upper plate 24 closing the upper ends of the feed outer cylinder 21 and the feed inner cylinder 23. A feed connection part 25 to microwaves between the feed lower plate 22 and the feed upper plate 24 and inner peripheral feed holes 26 and 27 in two spots are formed between the feed lower plate 22 and the feed upper plate 24 through engagement of a plurality of mounting pieces 48 and 49 formed at the feed outer cylinder 21 and the feed inner cylinder 23. Only through the engagement of a plurality of mounting pieces 48 and 49, positioning in the radial direction and the axial direction is facilitated and through simultaneous joining, a series of the feed pipe 20 passage is formed, resulting in improvement of productivity.
