PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device and an image forming unit for keeping the transfer position of an image with good accuracy. SOLUTION: A slide contact ridge 71-1 conforming to a horizontal face passing through the center of a through-hole supporting rotatably a drum shaft is formed on a drum supporting frame 71 of the drum shaft of a light-sensitive drum 43. The ridge 71-1 crosses orghogonally a vertical line passing through the center of the through-hole similarly and connecting a recording head with the center of a transfer section. The gradient level difference (i) for the foot gradient in the range of facing a flange end face 43-3 of the ridge 71-1 is set larger than 1/2 of the blurring amount (g) of the flange end face 43-3. The flange end face 43-3 is rotated while slide contacting with the ridge 71-1 between a long shaft end 43-4 and a central section, and a light-sensitive drum 43 is rocked to the left and righ at 90 deg. period by 1/2 of the above-referred blurring amount (g). In other words, the light-sensitive drum returns to the same position at 180 deg.. A static latnet 75-1 recorded on a reference line (j) is converted to a toner image 76-1 while being rocked, and returned to a the reference line (j) on a transfer section rotated by 180 deg. and transferred.
