The automatic control device for elevator door open stand-by time has advantages of achieving energy reduction by providing an effective operation of the elevator and of minimizing the stand-by time for passengers. The automatic control device for elevator door open stand-by time is built in such a manner that a door open command contact(1), a timer moment contact(2) and a door open relay(3) are connected in serial to each other, a door developed detection switch(4) and a variable door open stand-by time timer(10) are connected in serial to each other, and a variable timer limited contact(11) is connected to the front end of a door open relay contact b(8) connected to a door cross relay(9).
