PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a cooking requiring a gentle heating by providing an electromagnetic induction heating buffer plate made of a specified nonmagnetic body in such a manner that it can be set on a top plate and used as occasion demands. SOLUTION: A bowl cooking pan attachment mechanism 3 is formed of, for example, an electromagnetic induction heating buffer plate 8 formed of a nonmagnetic body such as wood, ceramics or the like, and a pair of guide housing plates 9, 9a, and set on the top plate 4 of a body case 5. It has a pair of protruding parts 10, 10a protruded from to the rear of both the sides, and slits 12, 12a engaged with both end parts of a shaft 11 supported by the protruding parts in such a manner as to be slidable. According to such a structure, a bowl cooking pan D is mounted on the circular mounting recessed part 13 of the electromagnetic induction heating buffer plate 8 and heated by the electromagnetic induction effect of a heating coil 7, whereby an uniform cooking can be performed with good heating efficiency by a simple operation. |
