The water in a reservoir water tank(1) is compressed to a feed water pump(3) when the feed water pump(3) is operated. The rest water which had been to each house by a water supply pipe(4) is supplied to the inlet(A) of a three-directional valve(SHX) using a filter(GL), an injection pump(SPB) and the hydraulic pressure. The rest water is supplied to the right side of a piston(32) through an orifice pipe(33), so increases the pressure of a cylinder(K).The piston(32) is moved to left side, and a valve seat(31a) is shut. The inlet(A) and a water chamber(B) is linked, so the water is flowed into the bogie tank(BQ) through a water hole(31c). The water and the air are gotten into a feed water tank(QS) via a checking valve(ZH). The pressure water is supplied in the cylinder(8) in an injection pump, until the pressure of the pressure water in the water supply pipe(4) is equal to the pressure of an inlet(Pg). If the two pressures are equal, a conical opening and closing valve(5) is closed. When a solenoid controlled valve(DF) is opened, the piston(9) is raised and the opening and closing valve(5) is maximally opened. Then the water is injected to a discharge pipe(2) by a conical nozzle(3a). While the pressure of the inlet(A) is higher than the one of water chamber(K), the valve seat is closed and the water chamber(B) and inlet of water(C) are linked. When the water in the bogie tank(BQ) is returned to the reservoir water tank(1), outer air is gotten into the bogie tank via an outlet valve(XQ) by the vacuum in the upper of the bogie tank. The solenoid controlled valve(DF) is closed, then the piston(32) is moved to left side and the inlet(A) and the water chamber(B) are linked.
