PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply conduct training at home by displaying the prescribed training procedures on the display of a personal computer or a television game machine for each process via static images, and voice or via animations and voice, and conducting the training for eyesight recovery according to the training procedures. SOLUTION: The prescribed training procedures are displayed on the display of a personal computer of a television game machine for each process via static images and voice or via animations and voice, i.e., the first process: blinking, the second process: massages on the temple with fingers of both hands, the third process: rotation of the head CW and CCW, the fourth process: rotation of both shoulders forward and backward, the fifth process: massages on the medial angle of eyes, the sixth process: massages on the root of the nose, the seventh process: massages on both cheeks, and the eighth process: massages around eyes. The static images or animations corresponding to the above training are displayed on the display in sequence to promote training. |
