SOLUTION: A main body part 1 is composed of an elliptic cylindrical body whose cross sectional shape is an almost elliptic shape, a switch 5 for switching the operating state of a motor 6 is disposed on one 15a of the narrow width surfaces parallel to a cylinder center line of an outer peripheral surface positioned at both end parts of the long diameter axis of the almost elliptic shape and a nozzle housing part 9 for housing a nozzle 3 is disposed on the other one 15b of the narrow width surfaces. On an end face 13 facing the tank part 2, a suction port 8 for supplying washing liquid inside the tank part 2 to a pump 7 is provided on a position close to the one 15b of the narrow width surfaces.
