摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose of friction heat during sliding so as to limit the wear of a hard material and to reduce the melting wear of a resin as an opposite material by setting a product between the thermal deformation temperature of the resin and the heat transmission factor of the hard material to a specified value or higher, the resin and the hard material being slid to each other. SOLUTION: A sliding device is composed in combination of a sliding member 11 made of a hard material such as ceramic or the like using Al2 O3 as a main component and a sliding member 12 made of a resin such as nylon. The value of a product T×K between the thermal deformation temperature T( deg.C) of the resin and the heat transmission factor K (W/m.K) of the hard material is set to 2000 or over. In this state, friction in the ceramic side is suppressed by disposing of friction heat during sliding and the melting wear of the resin side is reduced. Thus, a hard material having a high heat transmission factor K and a resin having a relatively low thermal deformation temperature T are used, conversely a hard material having a low heat transmission factor K and a resin having a high thermal deformation temperature T are used, and depending on purposes, the optimal combination of materials is selected.
