PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mirroring of a background, reflection of illumination light, etc., and to obviate the occurrence of double images by providing a rear surface side substrate side with first reflection layers and a second reflection layer. SOLUTION: Transparent electrodes 33 are deposited to prescribed pattern shapes by a sputtering method, etc., on the inside surface of a transparent surface side substrate 31 made of glass and an oriented film 34 is applied on its surface and is subjected to a rubbing treatment in a prescribed direction. Metallic electrode layers 35 consisting of Cr are selectively formed in prescribed fine patterns on the inside surface of the rear surface side substrate 32. These metallic electrode layers 35 are commonly used as the first reflection layers. Oriented films 36 are applied on the surfaces of the metallic electrode layers 35 and are subjected to a rubbing treatment in a prescribed direction. The reflection layer 37 consisting of Al, etc., is deposited on the outside surface of the rear surface side substrate 32 over the entire surface thereof and is constituted as the second reflection layer. Either of the front surface side substrate 31 and the rear surface side substrate 32 is printed and formed with sealing materials and spacers are sprayed thereon. Both substrates are stuck to each other and a liquid crystal layer 38 is sealed therebetween, by which the liquid crystal panel is obtd. |
