PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase-change type optical disk which is provided with a tracking guides (grooves) on a substrate on one side and is recordable and reproducible on both sides. SOLUTION: On a translucent substrate 1, which constitutes a surface A and is provided with grooves 1a, a first dielectric layer 21, a first phase-change type recording layer 22, a second dielectric layer 23, metallic reflecting layer 3, a third dielectric layer 41, a second phase-change type recording layer 42 and a fourth dielectric layer 43 are successively laminated in the phase-change type optical disk having recording surfaces A and B which are capable of optical recording and reproduction. Then, a translucent substrate 6, which constitutes a surface B, is adhered on the fourth dielectric layer 43 via an adhesive layer 5 which is transparent to a recording/reproducing laser beam and has a glass transition temp. of >=100 deg. after hardened. |
