The ligature loop (21) is made from an elastic wire and has a closure piece (23) into which the wire is fed such that the closure piece can slide upon the wire. A sling shaped loop (22) lies tight against the closure piece and is formed as an extension to the wire of the ligature loop. The end of the loop can be connected to and disengaged from a pulling hook (15). At the end of the ligature loop is a restriction element (24) which is made from an elastic tubular element. The wire of the ligature loop passes through the restriction element.
