Compounds of the general formula (I), where substituents R2 and R3 have the meaning stated in claims, are suitable also as anti-arrhytmical medicament with cardio-protective component to prevent heart attack and for heart attack treatment and for angina pectoris treatment. These compounds preventative inhibit pathological process in occurrence ischemically induced defects, especially in invoking ischemically induced heart arrhytmias.
