<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin the thickness of the entire sphygmomanometer similarly to a wristwatch, to provide a fit feeling completely same as the wristwatch and to improve appearance by providing a blood pressure measurement part adjacently to the side part of a movement. SOLUTION: The movement composed of a circuit board and a liquid crystal display part is housed in the center of a wristwatch type case 10. The blood pressure measurement part 0 is provided adjacently to the side part (9 o'clock side) of the movement inside the wristwatch type case 10. Mainly, it is constituted of a ventilation path 21 pierced to the wristwatch type case 10, a high pressure chamber 23 communicated to the ventilation path 21 through a joint 22, a normal pressure chamber 24 for forming a pressure chamber along with the high pressure chamber 23, a pressure sensor 25 positioned between the high pressure chamber 23 and the normal pressure chamber 24 for detecting a relative pressure and outputting detection signals to the circuit board and a slow leak valve 26 for pressure-reducing the high pressure chamber 23 at a constant speed. Thus, the thickness of this entire sphygmomanometer is thinned similarly to the normal wristwatch, the fit feeling completely same as the normal wristwatch is obtained and the appearance is improved.</p> |
