PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of an air conditioner, reduce the number of component parts and the number of assembling steps, and cause the air conditioner to be light in weight and less-expensive in price. SOLUTION: This structure is made such that an entire surface of a base member 6 comprised of a foam generating member is covered by a surface cover 7, and there is provided a water droplet receiving pan 1 in which its outer surface is formed into such a shape as one having a function to act as a lower surface panel of an air conditioner 8. Air is blown into a parison inserted into a molding die to form the surface cover 7 acting as the hollow formed member by the blow forming method, foamed resin particles are filled in the surface cover 7 acting as the hollow forming member, steam is blown into the surface cover 7 acting as the hollow forming member so as to heat the foamed resin particles, the particles are foamed and melted to form the base member 6 acting as the foamed forming member within the surface cover 7 acting as the hollow formed member, wherein the base member 6 and the surface cover 7 are melted and integrally assembled to manufacture a water droplet receiving pan 1. |
