PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thermally fix the bottle main body, and reduce the shrink with the lapse of time, without increasing the crystallinity by respectively specifying the maximum crystallinity of the body part of a draw-blow-molded polyester bottle, and the rate of change with the lapse of time for the full capacity. SOLUTION: For this bottle with handle, a recessed part 2 for the attached of a handle is formed on the side surface of the body part, and the end part of an attaching part 32 of a handle body 3 is fitted in a low drawn-formed wall surface 22. Then, the maximum crystallinity of the body part of the bottle is made 32% or less, and the rate of change with the lapse of time for the full capacity is set at 0.2% or less. When such a bottle is manufactured, a pre-form being formed of an ester of which the main component is an ethylene terephthalate unit, having a mouth part at one end and a closed form bottom part at the other end, is heated at 90-110 deg.C, and then, is draw-blow-molded by a blow-molding die being heated to 40-120 deg.C, and the bottle main body is formed. At the same time, a gripping part and the handle body 3 are fitted in the wall surface 22, and then, they are heat-treated for 48-120 hours at 30-60 deg.C under a non-restrained state to manufacture the bottle.
|
