This invention provides a method of correcting current time and alarm time of radio paging receiver by using input data without pressing any button or using its menu. The inventive method includes the steps of initializing a system once power is applied thereto and determining if there is input data; comparing the input data with its natural address; if they are not the same, determining the data is input, and if they are the same, sending the necessary data to a logic part and determining if there is a command to correct a current time of the paging receiver; if not so, displaying the currently input data on an LCD and alarming or vibrating; if so, correcting the current time, and displaying the input data on the LCD and generating an alarm signal or vibration.
