摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a voltage holding rate and to improve a display grade by eliminating leakage between sources and drains by the electrification of spacers. SOLUTION: An L-shaped mortise 19 is formed in a display electrode 11 along the edge of a gate line 17, by which the spacing distance between the display electrode 11 along the gate line 17 and a drain line 12 is increased. The spacer 31 exists in this part. Even if this spacer is electrified by a gate voltage and the leak path remaining in a-Si disposed in the lower layer of the gate line 17 without disappearing is formed by the residual charges of the spacer 31, this leak path does not connect the display electrode 11 and the drain line 12 and the leakage does not occur.</p>
