PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to securely store a transmitter receiver without depending upon an operator, and prevent the transmitter receiver, a funnel, etc., from being damaged. SOLUTION: A cable angle sensor 4 which detects the suspension angle of the suspension cable 2 of a winder 1 in two X-and Y-axial directions is provided in the middle of the suspension cable 2. A winder controller 5 outputs control signals for a suspension/elevation direction and a suspension/elevation speed to the winder 1 by the input of a command and also outputs a control signal to the winder 1 with an ON/OFF signal from an elevation decision part 6 so as to stop operation at the input of an OFF signal, and further calculates and outputs the unwinding length L of the suspension cable 2 to the elevation decision part 6. The elevation decision part 6 inputs the suspension anglesθx andθy of the suspension cable 2 from the cable angle sensor 4 and the unwinding length L of the suspension cable 2 from the winder controller 4, decides whether or not the transmitter receiver 3 strikes on the machine body funnel 7 when elevated as it is, and outputs an OFF signal to the winder controller 5 when it strikes to stop the elevating operation.
