PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability by preventing the curing reaction in the vicinity of an outflow port of a resin raw material soln. to stably perform the supply, mixing and foaming of the resin raw material soln. and to also prevent the dripping of the resin raw material soln. from the resin raw material soln. outflow port. SOLUTION: The resin raw material soln. outflow ports 6a, 7a of two or more supply pipes 6, 7 separately supplying different resin raw material solns 15, 17 are allowed to face to the side skin surface 3b of an ultrasonic transmitting solid horn 3 in a spaced-apart state and the resin raw material solns. 15, 17 are held within the resin raw material soln. outflow ports 6a, 7a by the surface tension thereof immediately before dropped from the resin raw material outflow parts 6a, 7a and subsequently allowed to go along the side skin surface 3b to be allowed to flow down toward the leading end surface of the solid horn 3.
