<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simple control possible for putting-in and taking-out of parts to and from a container by a method wherein a weighing machine and a function for recording and displaying correlation between the parts and their weight are provided. SOLUTION: A container 1 containing liquid crystal display units 4 is mounted on a weighing machine 5. The liquid crystal display units 4, if being normal parts, weigh 430g each in average. For instance, if a driver IC that is added originally is omitted from installation inadvertently, the unit weighs less than 420g. There is a case of being heavier than 440g because of installation of a wrong connector. The weighing machine 5 is installed on a mount 6. The weighing machine 5 measures weight of the container 1 and substance carried therewith in changes in the passage of time in a sampling frequency of ten times a second. Therefore, kinds of parts, the number of parts and the state of putting-in and taking-out of the parts can be discerned, and results of the discernment can be displayed and stored.</p> |
