PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent suction coordinates and the like from being arranged again even if reoptimization is made after completion of data correction by teaching by preventing production program data dividing means from performing optimization to the data fixed by feeder lock/unlock means. SOLUTION: Production program data dividing means 23 optimizingly performs division of production program data 22 formed so that each mount cycle time becomes even substantially, considering the mounting sequence of parts to a substrate, and thus the data 22 is turned into a divisional protuction program data 24 for every mount. The means 23 does not perform rearrangement of suction device data subjected to feeder lock at the time of considering the arrangement of feeder. Accordingly, no optimization is made to the corrected data so that no corrected data is lost. |
