PURPOSE: A joint protective pad for joint pain relief is provided to relieve pains through physical skin stimulation. CONSTITUTION: A joint protective pad for joint pain relief comprises an anti-inflammatory analgesic agent for reducing the pain of a joint, a drug layer(120) including natural drug, a support layer(110) which is formed on one side of the drug layer to prevent the leak of component included in the anti-inflammatory analgesic agent and natural drug, a bonding layer(130) formed on the other side of the drug layer, and a needle(200) adhered to the other side of the bonding layer or drug layer.
