PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To break trash bags by a simple structure without inducing the breaking of bottles, etc. SOLUTION: Bottom plates 10 are provided into a plurality of stages, and on the bottom plate 10, slits are formed with specified intervals in the width direction and the length direction. At each slit, one part of a rotary saw blade 13 is made to stick out, and by this saw blade 13, a trash bag (a) which slides on the bottom plate 10 is broken. The broken bag (b) reaches under the bottom plate 10 through the slit, and is prevented from winding around by a preventive plate 17 and drops. The dropped bag (b) is removed by suction air (e). |
