<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cook food by means of a range utilizing a packaging body by providing an exhaust means in a bag body made of a synthetic resin film to expel air from the bag, a first unsealing means for fluidly interconnecting the inside and outside of the bag body through the exhaust means, and a second unsealing means for taking out food. SOLUTION: An exhaust means 3 is provided near the top side of a bag body 2 and a zigzag exhaust passage 4 is provided. The passage 4 is formed from a zigzag passage 9 and an exhaust port 10. A guide material 11 is thermally bonded to a synthetic resin film on the topside of the port 10 so as to extend to both sides of the body 2. A notch 12 is provided on the side of the means 3 of the guide material 11, on the side of the body 2. In this case, the material 11 and notch 12 form a first unsealing means, while a notch 13 is provided on the lower side of the body 2 to form a second unsealing means. As a result, food can be protected in a completely sealed state and the food can be cooked by heat utilizing the packaging bag.</p> |
