PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate order inputting operation in a mail information ordering data exchanging system. SOLUTION: Merchandise information data is transmitted as a mail data file from a terminal for transferring data 3 to an ordering terminal 6 through a public line 2. The ordering terminal 6 is turned into an ordering data inputting mode by key depression to prepare and display merchandise information data file with a cell to input ordering data based on the mail data file. After inputting necessary items in this state, the ordering terminal 6 is turned into an ordering data preparing mode by key depression to select the merchandise record ordering data of which is non-null value to prepare ordering data according to an ordering data definition body. As ordering data is prepared by utilizing the mail data file sent from the side of an order receiving system in this manner, ordering data is prepared by inputting minimum data such as a delivering date, a quantity. |
