PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin external agent, enabling the sufficient exhibition of activity attributable to a cell activator such as improvement of skin symptom, antiinflammatory effect, wound curing, prevention of senility of the skin or improvement of rough skin, and excellent in stability and safety. SOLUTION: This skin external agent contains an extract of Melissa officinalis having hyaluronidase inhibiting activity and one or more kinds of cell activators selected from animal-originated biologically active substances such as a 2-22C α-hydroxycarboxylic acid, a vitamin such as vitamin A, B6 , C, E, P or H, a placenta extract, a spleen extract, a fibroblast growth factor, an epithelial cell growth factor, a nucleic acid and a soluble egg shell membrane protein, in combination. |
