PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molding material avoiding exposure of a reinforced fiber by a crack or the like of a coated resin part and having a superior moldability resulted in obtaining a molded article with a stable quality, in molding by a coated mold molding material. SOLUTION: In a molding material formed of a coated thermal plastic resin at a periphery of a continuous reinforced fiber bundle, a ratio d1/d2 of a distance d1 between a centroid of a fibre bundle area and a centroid of a whole molding material at a cross section surface of the molding material and a distance d2 which is the shortest of the distances connecting one molding material outlining point X of an extended straight line passing a centroid of the whole molding material with the other molding material outlining point Y on the extended straight line is 10% or less. |
